With the development of logistics sorting equipment technology, the intelligence and informatization of logistics equipment has become a trend. From the perspective of the development of logistics technology, the development of logistics equipment focuses on the application of technologies such as transportation, storage, picking and sorting, and distribution. As an important supporting facility in the logistics sorting process - the chute, with the emergence of new material sorting chutes, its role in logistics equipment has gradually become prominent.
1. According to the sorting direction, it can be classified as follows:
1. One-way sorting chute
As the name implies, the one-way chute connects the sorting equipment and the conveyor belt, and transports the sorted goods to a single direction. The target direction can be the conveyor belt. It can also be bagged, boxed, or directly transported to the loading line. The main application scenarios are automatic sorting lines, manual sorting lines, single-side loading and sorting and other scenarios.
2. One part two chutes and
one part two chutes are mainly used for manual sorting lines, which can be connected with conveyor belts to realize double-layer sorting and conveying. Compared with the one-way chute, the one-way two-way chute has more sorting directions, and the one-way two-way chute with the same number of directions saves space and has a higher utilization rate than the one-way chute. The main application scenarios are linear sorting line, matrix sorting, etc.
3. High-drop spiral chute
The spiral chute is mainly used in places where there is a large drop between double-layer or multi-layer transmission lines. Through the unique spiral structure of the high-drop spiral chute, the speed of falling goods can be slowed down, so that the goods can be moved at a uniform speed and fit together. The surface of the chute slides downwards. The spiral chute is connected to the unloading port of the sorting equipment, and the goods are transported to the lower conveyor belt, or directly stacked on the ground.
2. According to the material classification of the chute, it can be divided into the following categories:
1. Carbon steel chute
Carbon steel chute adopts the design of steel plates, and then forms a complete chute through screws and welding. It is mainly used for connecting the end of the sorting line to the conveying equipment or Sorting bay. Carbon steel chute has the advantages of long service life and high strength, but the maintenance cost of carbon steel chute is high. A complete set of carbon steel chute needs a lot of steel plates. It needs a lot of manpower to assemble through a large number of screws and welding. , and cannot be reused. Moreover, the carbon steel chute has been used for a long time, and it is prone to rough surface, easy to jam goods, segmental welding, more manual work, difficult to grasp the accuracy, large surface error, resulting in high damage rate of goods.
2. FRP chute
The appearance of fiberglass chute can solve the problems of carbon steel chute conveying jammed goods, rusted and unsmooth surface of chute, etc. Compared with the traditional carbon steel chute, it has the obvious advantages of "light weight, smoothness, and corrosion resistance", and it is better than the traditional chute in terms of smoothness of sliding, cargo damage rate, and anti-collision. For example, Luhui's new conveying chute is made of glass fiber reinforced plastics. It is a new type of composite material, which is as strong as steel but has a glass-like color and texture. It has many characteristics such as light weight, anti-corrosion, insulation, stable performance, and high mechanical strength.
At present, carbon steel chute and glass fiber reinforced plastic chute are widely used. The material of the chute also includes: cement chute, steel wire chute, stainless steel chute, etc. Among them, cement chutes and steel wire chutes have been basically eliminated by the industry due to aesthetics and process complexity. Stainless steel chutes are only used in baggage sorting systems, and general logistics companies will not use them.
